The Glenfinnan Viaduct Walking Trail, which was given a major upgrade in early 2019, is by far the best place from which to view and experience the viaduct.
The Glenfinnan Viaduct Trail Guide App is your ultimate companion guide to the trail. Use your Location-Enabled (GPS etc) Android phone, tablet or other device while you follow the trail. As you reach points of interest (halts) along the trail, the App will automatically display an image and play a professionally narrated message providing rich historical, geographical and botanical information about the location.
If your device is not Location-Enabled, you can still enjoy this App! As you reach each halt along the trail, you can simply select the audios manually from a simple-to-use drop-down menu.
