Think you know your English? Prove it.Scrambly gives you a sentence split into shuffled word tiles. Drag them into the right order and fill every slot. Get it right and move on, get it wrong and the board shakes you back to try again. Simple to pick up, satisfying to master.
How it works
Each game is 10 rounds. You're shown a scrambled sentence and a pool of word tiles. Drag a tile from the pool into a slot, rearrange until the sentence reads correctly, and watch it lock in. All slots filled in the right order? You score the point. Use a hint and the round still completes, it just won't count toward your score.
Three difficulty levels
- Easy — short sentences of 4 to 7 words, great for warming up
- Medium — 8 to 12 words that demand more attention
- Hard — long, multi-part sentences of 15 to 25 words for a real challenge
Switch difficulty any time. Your current game refreshes instantly with sentences that match your new setting.
Topic categories
Choose which categories you want to practise. Toggle them on or off from the Settings tab. At least one must stay on, and changes take effect right away.
Hints when you need them
Stuck on a word? Tap Reveal next word to place one correct tile as a clue. Tap again for the next one. Want to see the whole answer? Reveal answer fills everything in so you can study the sentence before moving on. Either option disables scoring for that round — no penalty, just learning.
Your progress is saved
Close the app mid-game and come back later, your tiles, positions, and score are right where you left them. Your all-time high score is tracked across games.
